At STEP, each t-shirt is crafted with care using authentic African fabric. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on eligible orders (as displayed at checkout)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

🇪🇺 Shipping to Europe

  • Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of $10

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

  • Customs or local postal delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

 International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries outside the United States and Europe.
Shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • STEP is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • STEP is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
