STEP Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange your item.


1. Return Window

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@stepofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (cost deducted from your refund unless item is defective).
  3. Pack and ship the item back using the provided label.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
